Bad Habit 1: Skip UV protection in winter

From autumn to winter, if UV protection is neglected, melanin naturally accumulates in the skin, causing dullness and blemishes. Also, UV rays can trigger aging such as wrinkles and sagging, so we have to take all possible measures. In addition to UV protection, I also use whitening care in winter. It is a mistake to think that UV protection is only available from spring to summer.

NG habit 2: I can't get out of my smartphone life

A very convenient smartphone. In my private life as well as at work, I am indebted to you, but staring at it for long periods of time is a bad habit for my skin. There are two reasons. The first is the posture of looking at a smartphone. When looking at a smartphone, the neck is slightly tilted forward and the line of sight is downward. If this condition continues for a long time, wrinkles will appear on the neck and the face line will become loose. In the beauty industry, the term “smartphone sluggishness,” which is a sign of aging caused by using a smartphone for a long time, has even been coined. It’s easy to end up killing time on your smartphone on the train, but it’s still a good idea to be careful.

And the second is “Blue Light”. Blue light is also emitted from the screens of smartphones and computers that we use every day. In fact, according to recent research, light such as blue light and near-infrared light is the cause of spots and dullness. In addition, blue light is said to affect eye fatigue, dry eyes, sleep disorders, etc., so let’s stop saying “smartphone after going to bed”.

NG Habit 3: Do not use skin care items in specified amounts

No matter how wonderful the serum you use, if you use only a small amount instead of the prescribed amount, you will not be able to get the full effect on your skin. When you purchase cosmetics, you will receive an instruction manual. In addition to the ingredient display and skin effect, it is written properly about the usage amount. For example, if it says, “Take 2 pushes on your palm and apply it to the entire face,” you have to take 2 pushes properly. This is because when making products, it is assumed that the skin effect can be obtained by using the specified amount.
If you only use 1 push, it’s half the prescribed amount. Unfortunately, it is not an exaggeration to say that the effect is only half as good. If you use it in the prescribed amount, you should be able to have plump skin and be able to feel that it is sufficiently moisturized. Especially in the fall and winter, dryness accelerates, so I want you to feel like using a little more than the prescribed amount.
